· The systems thinking and engineering approach in this program will define different healthcare settings and ecosystems and then investigate different intervention concepts, archetypes, and frameworks to ensure change and impact. A variety of healthcare case-studies and scenarios will be examined using Design Thinking methods-tools to help embrace concept application and learning.

· It is recommended that attendees of this executive program have at least 7 to 10 years of experience working in the healthcare area or a systems-related field. We also suggest at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a leader/manager who is responsible for establishing strategies to create greater impact and outcomes for their organizations long-term strategy. This experience allows the course participant to contribute to and gain maximum knowledge from the course learning objectives. It is also recommended that participants have at least a bachelor's degree in systems, science, business, or the healthcare field.
