Who should take this program?

Executive, senior, and rising junior healthcare professionals, as well as healthcare stakeholders who are passionate about establishing an impact with enduring change to our current global healthcare systems. Leaders who want to keep their skills sharp in new and emerging topics in technology and engineering can benefit from taking a short-term course for professional development.

What are the elements of the program?

· The systems thinking and engineering approach in this program will define different healthcare settings and ecosystems and then investigate different intervention concepts, archetypes, and frameworks to ensure change and impact. A variety of healthcare case-studies and scenarios will be examined using Design Thinking methods-tools to help embrace concept application and learning.

Are there any prerequisites?

· It is recommended that attendees of this executive program have at least 7 to 10 years of experience working in the healthcare area or a systems-related field. We also suggest at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a leader/manager who is responsible for establishing strategies to create greater impact and outcomes for their organizations long-term strategy. This experience allows the course participant to contribute to and gain maximum knowledge from the course learning objectives. It is also recommended that participants have at least a bachelor's degree in systems, science, business, or the healthcare field. This background will better enable the learning and application of the course concepts.
